Brenda is the Senior Partner and Head of Chambers.

Brenda is of legal pedigree being the daughter of the Right Honourable Sir Vincent Floissac, P.C. C.M.G. Q.C. LL.M (Lond), former Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, who also sat on the Privy Council. Brenda worked with Sir Vincent for 25 years until his death in 2010. During this period, Brenda spearheaded the transition of the firm from a prominent family practice to one of the biggest and most diverse practices in Saint Lucia.

The transition has caused Brenda to amass a wealth of experience in all areas of civil practice from basic and rudimentary debt actions to large commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

Brenda is a director of 1st National Bank St Lucia Limited and is the Honorary Consul for Chile.
