Geoffrey DuBoulay

Geoffrey is a partner with Floissac Fleming & Associates.

He has spent his entire 12 year professional career with the firm working his way up from basic debt recovery and civil litigation and along the way has amassed tremendous experience in all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution. Geoffrey currently heads the firm's civil litigation practice but has diverse and wide ranging experience in corporate and commercial matters advising amongst others both lenders and borrowers in complex cross-border financing transactions, receivers and liquidators in insolvency matters and companies in joint venture agreements, mergers and acquisitions.
