Cheryl Goddard-Dorville

Cheryl Goddard-Dorville is experienced in due-diligence, general corporate, commercial and contract work, intellectual property, succession and employment law.

She advises the largest supermarket chain in Saint Lucia on matters ranging from employment, IP and mergers. She heads the IP/Trademarks Department of the firm and provides expert advice on all aspects of IP and trademarks to both local and international clients. Cheryl is a contributor to "Getting the Deal Through – Trademarks" a publication which provides international analysis in key areas of Trademark law and policy for corporate counsel, cross-border legal practitioners and business people; and is a member of The International Trademarks Association (INTA).

With the introduction of the new and consolidated Labour Act and in consideration of her past experience with employment related issues, Cheryl has assumed responsibility for the firm's labour law practice.
