Michael DuBoulay

Michael DuBoulay is an associate with Floissac Fleming & Associates. He joined the firm immediately after completing a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies followed by a Graduate Diploma in Law. He was called to the Bar in the United Kingdom and Saint Lucia in 2010.

He specializes in corporate law, banking and debt collection, land law, and other matters of civil and commercial litigation. In addition, Michael currently handles the firm's corporate secretarial portfolio.
